Sorry for the delay, Roadley. I woke up this morning, and pulled my neck or something because of how I slept, couldn't move it at all, and had to go to the emergency room.
Great banner. I love how well it fits with the skin. One question I have to ask is, what's with that knight in the banner?
Perfect layout. Since our last few reviews, you've really fixed up the layout. The wasteful boards in the off topic area have been deleted, and you've re-organized the boards in perfect order. Great work here, Roadley.
Excellent job on fixing your staff. You've fixed the " too many chiefs, not enough Indians " problem I discussed with you before, and you've also begun to fill the ranks of your review team. Superb!
The theme is excellent.
The site slogan is really great. " One common goal, Promotion ! " really draws in guests, and I really like the short and sweetness of it.
Forum Cons:
Unfortunately, you still don't have a graphics team. If you can't fill the spot, I would suggest that you go ahead and shut down your graphics service, and start up some sort of graphics board for members to order graphics on their own, sort of like what we have here at FP.
You have a junior admin with 6 posts. That's pretty self explanatory. You shouldn't have any type of staff member with 6 posts.
Final/General Thoughts:
If you noticed, the cons area is very small this time around. Your board is really improving, and there are only a few problems. I have to suggest that you shut down your graphics team because if you can't find any staff for it there's no sense in having it running.
Other than that, the rest of the board is in perfect working order. Great job, Roadley!
