First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I tried in both Google Chrome and Safari, and it looks like quite a few images on your site are screwed up. Namely, whatever is supposed to be under"View unanswered posts • View active topics". Also, it keeps trying to reload itself, moving the index up and down, which is driving me insane. Also, 3 of the "Site Showcase" images do not appear. I have confirmed this multiple times, in various browsers. I do like the color and general design of your skin. The fact each post has a gradient backdrop looks really, really nice. All the icons are very glossy, and go well with your theme. Most everything on your forum is bright, and I like how your main background fades from blue to black. Your rank images are also very nice looking. You just need to fix those broken images. The only other complaint I have is that your logo is just meh at best, it's blocky and the font doesn't fit.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Eh, well, let's start with the good. I like the RSS buttons on every forum. That's a really nice feature. Another thing I liked is that all your forums were put appropriately into their categories, and you don't have too many forums. Now, onto the not-so-good. First off, your forum is fixed-width, which is not good for people on larger monitors. Second, your layout is EXACTLY the same as every other promotion forum out there. All your services and forums have been done before. Promotion forums are hard to run, especially when they lack originality. What is going to make someone come to your forum and stay active over a more popular one? Just saying.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
For being open for about 3 weeks ago, you're doing alright, but not great. You've only got about 500 posts, many of them from your staff. Regular members' posts are more important, because staff are obviously required to come back, regular members are under no such obligation. There are quite a few empty forums, and so you should probably fill those up with some posts. You don't want to have a barebones forum, it's not appealing to anyone.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Something that bugged me is that you have 3 admins, which is quite a bit for admins, but no review team at all. You should really get some RT members, especially because of the fact you've been open for quite a while. Also, you have a PTL but no other PT members? You really should get those built up before opening all these services of yours. I wouldn't hire anymore CT or admins though, you're perfect on those.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
I did notice a few minor spelling errors on your forum descriptions. Here are a few of them pointed out:
"Come and grab yourself some free post done by our staff here at ultimate adverts." should be, "Come and grab yourself some free posts done by our staff here at Ultimate Adverts."
"Some of UA's other Services mainly ones related to having your advertisement on this site or awards." should be, "Here are some of UA's other services; mainly ones related to having your advertisement on this site, or awards."
"Talk about everything to do with forums, websites and running a forum here with other forum and website owners." should be, "Talk about everything to do with forums, websites, and running a forum here with other forum and website owners."
"Hit 1000 posts? Got a new skin, tell the world thelatest news about your forum here.
If your lucky enough it might get entered in our 'News Around the Sites' in our monthly newsletter." should be, "Hit 1000 posts? Got a new skin? Tell the world the latest news about your forum here.
If you're lucky enough, it might get entered in our 'News Around the Sites' in our monthly newsletter."
These aren't all of the errors, but it should give you a good idea of what to fix. Again, they were by no means disastrous, but could use a tune-up.
