Pros

The amount of categories you have is a good number for the size of your forum, you could cut it down by a couple more but I don't see any problem with the amount you have now. Your "Managers" seem to be active, but I am not quite sure what they are they are or what their job is?

Cons

Your activity is awful, sorry if it feels harsh. You have 1 post in most forums and they look copied from another forum. All your posts are in the Off Topic and Introduction thread, this really doesn't look good. Your banner is still that of the theme and the theme is very plain, it doesn't draw any attention to your forum at all. Visiting the forum today (5 July) there are no new posts.

There are only category descriptions on 2 categories, either have descriptions on all or none.

I was unable to view the staff team list as a guest but the only people I see posting are a couple of members and the managers, do you have any other staff, because if you don't then you don't need 3 staff groups.

For being open only a few days this isn't too bad but all these posts must be in a staff forum because I don't see them on the forum. 8 members isn't great, if you have been advertising your forum you should have a few more than this, I would of expected at least 4 or 5 more than this.

Final/General Thoughts

There is nothing that makes this forum stand out from any other forum of the same genre and based on the activity there is nothing that will urge guests to join.

You should be proud of...

The post count in the 4 days you have been open and the base you have created for your forum, the categories are good for a new forum starting out.

You really need to work on...

The Banner, activity and everything else I mentioned above. The theme and banner should be priority though
