First mistake was choosing freeforums.org as a host, but i guess it's not all that bad. You'll have the option to uupgrade to phpBB 3 in just a few hours 🙂

I'd also suggest making all your forum icons the same size, that will help maintain a professional standard on your site ~smile~

Also either have all your forums have icons or none but try not to have half and half as it looks messy in my opinion.
 
Its not a bad looking forum, but you should try advertising on other gaming forums. Anyways, your layout and style are pretty good, but I would suggest moving the Nintendo forum above the PC Forum, and move Sony above Microsoft. You should also add discussion forums for other Sony, Nintendo, and Microsoft systems than the most current ones.

well i thought about having a section for older systems but i don't know if i really wnat them or not
 
bump. Since freeforums is having some server bugs right now i may be thinking of moving to a better phpbb3 free host. haven't made up my mind yet
 
I would do if i was you... the problems will only get worse when the conversions start as more and more people would be using phpBB3.

Leaving FF.or was the best thing we have done.
