Ultimate Points Help

We recently installed Ultimate Points, everything was working fine then all the staffs cash suddenly got locked, how would we fix this?

Try disabling the points for a while, then enable them, if notthat, try get support from femu

It is to do with the permissions. I think this will solve it:

ACP ---> Users and groups ----> Groups permissions ---> select a group ---> Click advanced permissions, points then ensure "Can use Ultimate Points" is set to yes.
