Hmm, i find your dancing welcome message slightly off-putting,

however, not a bad layout by any means. You have an appropriate amount of categories and forums. One suggestion i will make however, is to merge the "Full Time, Part Time, Tempory" sections for the Admins and Moderators, they make your forum look too big, and i don't really see a point in having separate sections for the three.

Besides, it's better to have lots of posts in less sections, as opposed to not many posts in a lot of sections.

Aside from that, I have one problem with this, and it's called Trust.

I only recruit staff who I know, and ae therefore reliable, and trust worthy. I'll never even consider making someone a MOD who is not an active member on my site, and therefroe I need to have something to base them upon.....
