First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I like your banner. It's simple but effective. Plus, the font is really cool looking. Your skin itself is nice, but it's not very wide. There's a huge amount of white space off to each side on my monitor which really isn't appealing. Your forum just sits there in the middle, which makes it more difficult and longer to read. Also every other post is white, which makes for a weird effect. On a positive note, I like the images in the skin. Also, the skin is very clean looking. Overall it's nice, but could be darker in color and wider overall.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Forum promotion forums often suffer from a similar problem - they're like clones of each other. What's going to make someone say, "I wanna advertise here!" versus another forum? Many of your services are like any other promotion forum. However, I do like the Forum Installation service, that's pretty unique and not something you see. So, that aspect does make your forum original and unique, so make sure to keep that service running. Many of your forums though are like spot-on with other promotion forums. For example, your off-topic forums are like what any other forum promotion forum has. It makes your board look derivative in a way. Make some stuff no other forum has and that's what will bring in people.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
You have a good established memberbase for a month of being open. 96 members is really good for that time frame. 3600 posts isn't bad either, I say you're doing well in terms of activity. You have some good discussions going on in most of the forums. Obviously the advertising forum is the most popular, but hey, that's the point of a promotion forum. There's not much else to say in this section. Nothing I can really complain about. So, make sure to keep promoting and ensure your members stay active and you should do well.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
In the time you've been open, you've actually gotten quite a bit of staff on the job. That's good. Services would be useless without a good staff there to run them. 2 admins is a good amount, a lot of promotion forums have too many. The only thing is that some of your staff haven't been active in days. Staff should be active almost everyday unless they have a good reason not to be, which they may have, I'm not sure in your case. Regardless, many of your services don't seem to get done. One review has been sitting there undone for weeks, for example. If anything, that service should be offline if there's nobody to do them. You're new though, so I'm not gonna dock tons of points for it, it takes a while to get a large dedicated staff team.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your spelling was generally very good. I'm impressed by it, and there were only a few things I noticed, all of them very very minor:
"Post a topic about your site here and drive traffic to your site. " should be, "Post a topic about your site here, and drive traffic to your site."
"Discuss anything to do with forums, websites with other forum and website owners here." should be, "Discuss anything to do with forums or websites with other forum and website owners here."
"If you have a forum, domain or a software license you want to sell or swap start a topic here and see if anyone wants will want it." should be, "If you have a forum, domain, or a software license you want to sell or swap, start a topic here and see if anyone wants it."
I'm not going to go through every little minor issue, just using those as an example. Read over your descriptions and just look where commas should go, look for unneeded words, etc. As far as professionalism, do what I mentioned above and make sure in the future service requests actually get done, because having a request just sit there can drive away people.

Final Remarks: Your forum needs a few improvements to get to the optimal setup.
What was most liked about the website/forums: The clean look, the forum install service.
What was disliked most about the website/forums: The width, requests not getting done.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website? I don't join many forums, but for a forum promotion to get me to join, there has to be something that just pulls me in and makes me WANT to join versus other forums.
