Pros
I can see commitment in your forum which is always nice, there is a constant drive of conversation which opens for new posts and discussion.
The activity and posting on your forum is good for quite a new forum. You have done a good job boosting activity and keeping members coming back.
The forum is professionally run and the staff use good grammar and treat members with respect.
You are using UltraBB, which is a bit different and it is nice to see a change.
Cons
Your forum is far too wide, on large screens it gets really stretched and pixelated. Adding a 50px margin on each side would really help your forums layout and make it much easier and comfortable to read.
Your logo also needs some work, the logo itself is good, but it needs to be worked into your forum more. I think what makes this difficult is the background of your forum being a solid colour, a gradient could do wonders for your background.
For a forum with 451 posts you really don't need 2 admins and 1 moderator. 1 or maybe 2 admins should be able to cope fine all by themselves.
You really don't need as many categories as your forum isn't very big, cut it down to a maximum of 8 until your forum has grown more.
Final/General Thoughts
I can see the will and commitment in your forum, if you keep at it your forum is going to do really well. Use the graphics and posting exchanges here at FP, they will help with activity and getting a better style for your board.
