What makes a certain forum software unique? For instance, Elke Arte seems to be the newest one, so what sets it apart - so as the owners won't get sued?

each forum is different on what they have built into there system but end of the day they do the same things as an Forum. We have paid to free and mostly I rather get paid since you have extra options and allot of support.

The owners of a free setup might have the motivation to give top-quality support - cause free owners might be making their money in other ways, not fees.
