Unique site BBcodes?

Do you have any unique/different BBcodes on your site?

On my forum we have a playlist code (you can insert urls of a music source- youtube, etc.. and it will embed the songs into your post), and a "let me google that for you" code. For example, if you type [lmgtfy]search term here[/lmgtfy], it would automatically Google the term "search term here" for you when you click on it. 😛

Yes, we do. Since HTML doesn't work on forums, we can set a unique bbcode for a HTML code which then allows you to easily post the content of the html code on the forum using the bbcode. It is a very useful tool and makes life so much easier. It also allows you to use HTML code in your signature which is quite nice.

No, actually. IP.Board already comes with some awesome BBCodes already, and I use HTML in most of my posts if I cannot do it with BBCode so it works out perfectly for me.

However I do plan on using the custom BBCodes idea to implement some of the HTML things I already use daily and giving the members access to it. I don't trust some members to post full on HTML.. 😛
