United Earth Forum is a little project I started after selling my arcade site awhile ago. My plan with UEF was to make an international community forum, where people from around the world can come and discuss and debate on various subjects.

United Earth Forum currently has a cash/battle system installed, so you can have fun and battle each other. We also have plans of installing an arcade system, which can be played using "Coin" generated by posting new posts and threads.

I love the look of your forum, one thing you should do though is make a few topics in the forums that have never been posted in, as that would make your forum look a lot more active 🙂

@Efc: I spent alot of time arranging forums. I must have spent nearly 2 hours on the debates category. 😀

@MadMike: Thanks, it's a really nice skin I managed to pickup. It's the Rogue extended skin, which I made a few modifications to to increase load times and reduce bandwidth usage.

As for the posts, I used some RSS feeds from Yahoo to populate some of the opening forums with content. I disabled the RSS feeds though, and I plan to delete any of the threads that are 0 replies when I get activity on the forum. Was just used to provide content is all. 😛

What do you think about, the xx member to signup gets their site globally announced across my forum for 3 month period?

UEF FIRST OFFICIAL CONTEST​

That's right, you heard it correctly! UEF is launching it's first official contest since the grand opening of the site! All peoples are encouraged to partake in this contest, as the prize is quite a generous one.

CONTEST DESCRIPTION:

The 50th member to register on the forum and have a minimum of 20 posts will win the contest and receive the grand prize.

CONTEST LOCATION:

The contest is being held on the UEF forums, http://www.unitedearthforum.com/, so get going!

CONTEST RULES:

- Must be the 50th member registered on the forum
- Must have a minimum of 20 posts
- 20 posts have to be a decent size, and not include spam or violate the forum rules
- Posts must be in ENGLISH

CONTEST PRIZE:

The first member to meet the requirements, will have his or her site globally announced across ALL forums for 3 months period. The announcement will be of your choice, and you are to write your own advertisement to be announced. It can include a live link and an optional 468x60 banner.

Good forum mate. I see you are using vB...excellent choice 🙂 I can't help but think you haven't used the templates vB has to offer to its full potential. The current one...isn't too great and the banner could be made a bit better and or bigger as it's very small in the top right. I wish you all the luck with your forum though 🙂

I started to make a new banner. I extended it to nearly 600 pixels, but keeping the same height and was going to center it.

It's hard to find stock images though, I was looking for like silhouettes of people and joining them together but when I edit them to remove the white background they get all messed up and choppy. 🙁
