Appearance (First Impressions):(19/20)
I don’t really see much wrong here. Since your style is simple and yet effected with the way it display your forum. Your logo is good but I think it be better if it was centred and also maybe wider. So it will fit into the navigation bar better. While the navigation bar is fine although when I hover over the images I needed to wait a while for it to load the hover images. Other than that the gap after the register link is a bit too much. The forum sections are good and the colour on them is easy to read. But just looking down at the footer I’m not convinced about the Archive & Top links in the bottom corner as they should be inline with the rest of the forum not out to the right a bit.
Layout: (18/20)
Just looking down the list of forums I say that problem here is that there are so many forums and quite a few of them have a few posts or are empty. This can cause users to think there isn’t much activity on your forum and can drive them away. To solve this I suggest that you merge forums together where possible and when there’s enough posts in that forum it can be spit up. Other than that you have covered all the important forums as well as the off topic sections.
Number Of Members: (10/10)
Your forum has got 26 members. As your forum has been open for less than half a month I say that this is a very good amount of members to get within the short time of your forum being open. This shows that the admin has done good advertising to get the amount of members you have as well effort needed to make a successful forum.
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): (9/10)
Your forum has 271 posts. Even if this isn’t a high post count it’s still good as you managed to get this amount of posts within the time space of your forum being open. Also this shows that you have had encourage users to posts more on your forum.
Moderation:(8/10)
You have got 1 admin (not counting the rss one) and 1 super moderator. Since you have the amount of posts you do on your forum, you have not much staff to control your forum. Which means that the staff on your forum is able to cope with the amount of posts you get on your forum. But 1 think I say is that sometime you will need to get another moderator when you and the current moderator can’t cope with the amount of posts you are getting.

During the time I been doing this review I have seen your forum get quite a good amount of activity which should help in the future. All you need to do is to keep this up.

I just read some of the posts on your forum and the only problem I have here is people are missing capital letters where needed and full stops.
