I've seen a few other gaming forums with this same exact look and style. May want to try and incorpotate somthing original into the look, to set it apart from other like forums.
other than that, you got alotta the groundwork in, and seems there' plenty for gamer's to get involved. Now , you just got to find those members, and it's gonna days weeks/months of advertising, believe me, a forum does just take off on the first day of opening.
