Background for the site: It is a discussion, debate, and idea representation website. By idea representation I mean it promotes all ideas. Not just the two major party ideas. For example, if you have an idea on how to solve the drug problem, but it is neither a republican or a democrat solution (or any other parties that dominate politics in your country). We would like to represent this idea to the community.

Before closing your request I thought appropriate I at least leave you my thoughts on it since you didn't get any reply, and I believe a lot of that has to do with this:

Most boards allow separate permissions between being able to view and being able to post, so you can make it so visitors can see but not post. I think not many will join a forum they cannot see beforehand and even less just to give you feedback. I checked your forum and from what I could see it is not totally hidden, as your wording implied. Sadly I think not many bothered to check and just run with the idea it was hidden.

That said, the idea of the community seems pretty interesting approach trying not to lean on one party but actual proposition regardless where they come from. Not sure if your project is still going right now but you have a pretty nice layout.

Another thing is that your web loaded really slowly for me, so if other users are having problems accessing for the first time, that could also be an issue preventing your forum from growing.
