First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Not a fan of dark themes but this is one of the better ones and have seen a few times on other forums, I noticed nothing had been done to make it unique, not everyone can afford a custom phpBB style but the next best thing is editing the one you have got, look at tweaking it with a new imageset or something just to make it look that little bit different.

The site logo was excellent and really well designed and fitted with both the theme of the site and what the forum was about, not sure if you can do anything about it but the big advert at top of the index page is an eyesore and is nothing to do with what your site is about, if you want to have advert and if you look at either getting moving it to the bottom of the screen or changing it for something that fits with the theme of the site.

You have a lot of forums on the board index, 38 to be exact, for me it's way to many, you need to really look at how visitors see your site because from experience the board index with too many forums will 9 times out of 10 put off new visitors. Your forum descriptions are rather basic, a good description is usually 1 or 2 sentences so users know exactly what that forum is about, I would advise you to look at other forums to see how they have done their descriptions and try and re-word yours.

For me the forums are also not in the right order, the site information should always be at the top of the page as it is usually the first point of contact. also your general discussions are not your main topic of discussion so they should be at the bottom, the member sites forum could really be a sub-forum or better site there is a phpBB mod that is made for links page (as a side note I install phpBB mods). There is a lot of forums with only 1 or 2 posts in them and seen as you have been open a year, they to me are no popular. You have 3 options, either merge a few forums into one, make some sub-forums or deleted them altogether.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Forum start date: 11/6/09, you have been open a total of 316 days and only have 1989 only average 6.19 post per day, that is very poor to be honest, for a site to be successful it should be average over 50 posts a day. For example a forum along the same lines as yours is averaging 149 posts per day, you and any staff you really need to work hard on increasing the post count, especially as a lot of your forums only have one or two posts in them.
Looking at your activity you have only had 5 members active in the last 24 hours our of 76 members, 2 are from the FP posting team, you need look at getting all of your members active, the best way is having loads of topics to reply to, you need to look at boosting your sites profile with done affiliate link ups and so exchanges done to help improve your post count.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I have no access as a guest to see you team page so could not work out exactly how many staff you had but from what I could tell you have 1 admin and I count 6 moderators, which is way too much for a forum with so little activity, at the most you need 1 admin and 2 moderators for the size of the forum.

Look at cutting this down as besides the 2 members from our Package Team only one member was not staff who have been online. People will not join a site where only the staff are posting. Plus with the amount of staff you have, you all should have bigger post counts as its your role as staff to make the forum active to interest new members, so they are not doing part of their job in my view.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
There were a few minor spelling mistakes and grammar errors but nothing major, just get your staff to check their post before posting and if they see a spelling error get them to correct it as will give the better professional look.

Professionalism as I already put, you have two many staff which isn't good and does not make the site look professional. What also makes the site un-professional is giving normal users a red colored username, most forum users relate red to admins look at changing their colour.

Final Remarks: You have a lot of work to do, the site is coming up to a year old but activity wise looks like a site that has only been open a couple of months, the forums with only a few posts in will put off users as will the over staffing, but if you take on board what I have said and get the issues sorted then you could really get an active forum that needs 6/7 staff members but it will not happen over night and it needs all of your members and active.
