Okay I first apologize if this sounds harsh but looking at your site I didn't like the skin purple on purple makes it hard to read and focus.

Maybe a change of theme and some work will have your forum more active.

It's a nice forum but as it's new you got too many forums. You currently have 32 forums and they look empty with little or no content. Reduce the number of forums and once it gets active, you can add the other forums.

At any rate, there's not many free domains out there that are decent. I'm not exactly the richest person ever.

If you can recommend any free domains that are decent, I'll look into them & see what I can do about switching the forums over.
