First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The first thing I notice when I load your page is your banner. It's
extremely plain. I would recommend having a more unique, creative banner made for your forum (or making one yourself). Users could use something visual to associate with your forum. Aside from the banner, the rest of the template also looks quite bland. I feel like I've seen this color scheme much too many times. I would recommend using a different theme altogether. I don't think that the current one is working.
Your forum looks decently active at a glance, but there are several empty forums. Empty forums of any kind can be off-putting to prospective members. Despite that, your forum appears decently active because of the statistics. I would recommend filling up your empty forums with some topics and replies.
Sorry to say it, but my first impression of your forum was slighty negative.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Although your forum's layout does run fairly long, it is organized well. I also don't really see any forums you could remove without losing an important part of your forum. Promotion forums usually have long indexes anyway. However, if you can find any forums that you could merge or delete to condense your index, then that would be very helpful. Shorter indexes can make it easier for users to navigate the forum.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
I understand that your new forum has just opened, but since you have kept the old posts, I have no choice but to calculate the posts per day based on the original start date. That being said, your forum currently has about twenty posts per day. However, you have fifty-one posts for each of your 155 members. You have a really nice post to member ratio. To work on the amount of posts you are receiving each day, I would recommend firstly sending out a mass e-mail to all 155 users if you have not already. It may encourage some of them to check out the new version of the forum. After you do that, make sure you are promoting like crazy on every other promotion forum. The nice thing about running a promotion forum is that users rarely register only on one.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
If I can count, then your forum currently employs eight staff members. This seems like more than enough to start with, and I would not recommend hiring any more until your forum's growth warrants it. Although some of your staff members post quite actively, there are a few who are very inactive. Two of your staff members have only seven posts! Your staff members should definitely step up their activity; seeing many posts from staff members shows prospective members that the forum is cared for properly by the staff.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your forum descriptions are very detailed and professional. You do a very good job of describing the services your forum offers and making them sound useful. Users can also see from your descriptions that you have put quite a bit of effort into your site thus far. Your descriptions also lack grammatical errors which makes your forum look very professional. I would not recommend changing your descriptions at all; they're great the way they are.

Closing remarks: I definitely would have recommended wiping the board and starting fresh. The current setup makes it rather confusing for prospective members. If you advertise that you opened on 25 January 2010 and members see that you have posts from 2008, then they may think that you are a fraud. This setup also makes your staff members and regular members look extremely active since most of them have less than one post per day.
Forum's strong points: Your forum has a well organized layout and wonderful descriptions.
Improvements to make: I would recommend a new theme.
