Yeah, I think making a topic for it would be a lot easier. Plus doing it monthly would probably be easier too instead of every week or bi weekly. Its what I do and it works well. But add me for the via pm slot.
 
My idea comes to live yes! I would like to help you with interviewing someone if you still need people.
