Dear Users,
Some users may have noticed an error on our website for quiet some time. We were not actually doing an "upgrade or update" at the time the site was saying that. WHMCS says that when an error connecting to MySQL happens. Our MySQL service crashed on the dedicated server. (more about it below)
We noticed all sites offline when we got a massive 189 emails from the server.
We reacted as quick as we could to resolve the problems on the new server to get it stable. The old server was highly modified to keep it stable due to its' low specs. Now that we have a more powerful server, we are able to do more with the server.
We switched to a completely new dedicated machine and it took quiet some time to work out all the kinks and get all the custom modules installed and to recompile apache and php with things that everyone needed to run their sites with no errors.
The server deems stable now and should be working fine. We apologize for the downtime, but the DNS had to propagate to new server and MySQL crashed about 3 times. We reviewed the error logs and found the reason and have applied some coding in order to overcome that crashing and so far, the past 11 hours have been fine with no crash reports.
We apologize for the downtime once again!
If anyone is wondering our server specs, here they are!

Cores / Threads: 4 / 8
Frequency: 3.4GHz+ / 3.8GHz Turbo Boost
