Updating banner

I've seen banners around with FP banners with updating stats and it seem update it self.

How do I personally get one for my forum?

I've seen owners or freeforums.org boards have banners similar to that in their sig.

I think this could be done.

There was an updated sig with the current stats posted a few hours ago, but it doesn't auto-update.
