If you are updating phpBB from version 3.0.4 to 3.0.5 then please go to: http://www.phpbb.com/downloads/olympus.php?update=1

Download the .ZIP file under [ Automatic Update Package ].

Not sure myself. But in my topic it said...

It should be fairly straight forward in updating the software once it's released. Consider reading the update instructions beforehand and backing up your database and files is a must

I'm updating a test board to phpbb 3.0.6 RC1 (Yes, I know it's RC1, but still...) from phpbb 3.0.5

Just make sure to backup your files/database before upgrading to an RC especially an RC1.

If anything goes wrong you can go back to your backup.
