Uploading a backup to new host:

Hey guys, I found a backup in my computer that I didn't even know I had. I am currently uploading it to Local Host on the new site I'm with, and I hope I'm doing this correctly. I want to Import it right? Or what exactly do I do? Help! BTW, I have no clue how old this backup is, I think it was the very last one I snagged from the ACP before we got cracked. Just so you know.

Is it the SQL Database? Or is it the files? If it's the database, yes, click import, find the text file with ylur database name ad hit go.
