Just put all the files in a zip folder. Next, upload the zip file to the directory where you want it installed. Finally, extract it.
Note, though you have to pay careful attention to what you're putting in a zip file. For instance, with Xenforo, you don't put the upload folder into the zip file, but rather the contents inside of it.
Also, remember that databases have to be set using cPanel, but that's incredibly easy.
