Your style is quite annoying and the forum icons are a little big. And how come you put a logo with the chat box on it? You should get something sports related.

Also, I would suggest rethinking your layout. The biggest problem in your layout is that the General is above all the sports stuff. Most people ask that the General Graphics, forum help and stuff like that are on the bottom. Everything but the Announcements/News should be on the bottom.
