Since my last thread on the subject, I want to know if any of us has reduced our soda and caffeine input.

I have reduced how much I have, but it isn't consistent from day to day. I am working on reduction from the soda form, to be maybe just a couple times a month, instead of everyday I have to work.

I didn't see your last post, but I have 2 mugs of coffee I the morning. I very rarely drink soda. Usually have water plain or with a cordial.

Cutting soda out of your routine is one of the best things you can do for your body. It's so bad for you, everywhere from your teeth to your guts. I stopped drinking it consistently back in 2014. I'll still occasionally have half a can of Dr. Pepper, maybe once a week, but I don't crave it and can just as easily go without.

I like a very specific type of coffee. It's called "Highlander's Grog" from the local grocery store; I get it in bean form and grind it fresh for the French press. Every other coffee tastes burnt or watery in comparison. I mostly drink it for the flavor, but the caffeine helps me get projects done on the weekends.
