Used vB license

Have you tried NamePros? I don't check there very often anymore but they used to have a lot of vBulletin/IPB licenses for sale.

And Irviding, you have to be nuts. $50 for a used vBulletin is very reasonable. The prices for a used vBulletin have dramatically gone down cause, well, it's vBulletin 4 (it used to be very hard to get a used vBulletin for under $100 just a year ago).

I checked NamePros and couldn't find any vb license sales.

Most posts are more than 10 days old and do not show proof. Plus they are $100+.

Why don't you try DCKShop?

"To purchase this used vbulletin license if it is currently out of stock on our site. You have to send us an email at [email protected]"

But as I said earlier, there isn't much benefit that vBulletin will give you that MyBB or phpBB won't unless you get vBSEO. Don't believe me? Ask her.

She owns 8 vBulletin licenses and two IPB licenses (she's only using one vBulletin, I think). Actually, maybe she could sell you one of her spares, but I do know for a for a fact she didn't upgrade, so you'd be stuck with 3.8.4.

Yer I'd agree with the above. If I could turn back time I'd have bought IPB rather than vB.

The main thing there was that she decided on MyBB for her Freelancing forums, and not one of her IPB and vBulletin.

Which is better though, vB or IPB? & What about it is soo good?

Go for IPB man, Vbull just copies IPB. Also IPB have great add ons such as gallery, blog, downloads, chat, and there bringing out Nexus like a shop feature or something not really looked altho im a IPB user

They offer better support also and give proper answers unlike Vbull who sometimes reply with childish answers.

But vB gas some great professional looking skins, I haven't seen much from IPB unless you guys can show me some good ones.

nononononono. no. 3.x.x was vBulletin's time to shine. IPB were less than on par then. If anything, IPB copies vBulletin with quite a few things. That said they've been innovative, but vB haven't copied any of that.
