A newfound ability in me with my high functioning autism is the one to remember everything by hand, because I've practiced piano for so long, I can type without looking at my keyboard. With this skill, you can try recognizing the start of any IPs that have been banned on board. That's how I've denied registration to a returning troll today.

That is indeed a very useful skill to hone! Having trolls & spammers are never good for our forums. Good for you for recognizing it right away!
Gotta get used to trolls and spam, it's one of those things as part of running any website. Doesn't matter how much you have in place regards your so and so system, you have to do it manual
