Hellooooooooooo Forum promotions!

I gotta say I've been working on a project recently to build a website that I would be proud to call my own. though my main concern was seeing as it's my first website, and I would like to monetize on this site, I am a new to the whole game, Luckily though I have had some co-workers in my office who have been very supportive and have given me a start in the right direction. My point of this post is to share a few tools that can be very useful for creating a website WITHOUT THE MASSIVE PRICE TAG!

First tool - I would like to recommend is GIMP
basically when you're creating graphics that you would like to put on your website and you want photoshop quality stuff!? then this site is great! they claim it's like photoshop ONLY 100% FREE!

Second tool - if you're a visual creature like myself when it comes to building pages I recommend going to wix On the main site it's 100% free to create and design your website, it's very easy as it has 100's of templates and very user friendly! good for a starter to have a professional looking website that looks amazing, they also provide free hosting.

Third Tool - we'd like to track our traffic once our website is up and running it's important to know where our traffic is coming from, so if you're new to this like myself and you'd like to keep tabs on the visitors to your site then I recommend google's tool, google analytics! it's 100% free reporting exactly which country your traffic comes from, what keywords are getting the hits to your site, how many conversions are happening etc.

So I hope this helps and happy website building!

Agreed, CSS is very convenient, though html is the guts of the website coding it's good to know it to tweak templates to your liking, when in a business things need to be efficient!
