One question, How do I get a picture I want to use that size? - Copy it into the userbar size thing? 😱

If you're using Photoshop press Ctrl + T and a box should appear around the image with squares in the corners and sides. When you drag them closer towards the center make sure to hold Shift so it doesn't get out of proportion.
