Usernames that aren't allowed?

What sorts of usernames are not allowed at your forum?

I had someone sign up as Anonymous with some numbers the other day and I didn't allow that. It's not as if I need a real name, but we don't let that one to happen. How about you?

I wouldn't allow a username to have profanity (or anything else offensive). I wouldn't allow an individual to have a username that is clearly meant to spoof folks, like having a username that is very similar to a member of our staff team.

Agreed. Anonymous is a username most trolls and spammers use.

I think this is kind of a given or I would think this would be common sense. But that's just me.....

I don’t allow usernames that are similar to staff member’s accounts nor those that contain profanity.

Anonymous and profanity not to mention usernames that can be very disrespectful to the staff team or any other people. Lucky not to have this madness, but seen it happen and many sites do get them

I am usually fairly liberal about usernames.

I don't want it to ne emails or website links.

No impersonation or fraud.

No profane words or "official words" like admin, moderator, etc.

But everything else, I'm fine with.

I don't allow members to have offensive or derogatory usernames. I also wouldn't want them to impersonate me or staff members.
