I think your About page could be spruced up a bit. It's kind of basic, and it doesn't tell much. It'd be nice if you went into greater detail explaining USHost247's history and the growth that it has had over the last eight years. Also, it wouldn't hurt to include a photo of yourself on there. I think potential clients appreciate putting a face to a name. I believe there is a minor typo: "excell" needs to be changed to "excel." Finally, you have "About Us," "Our History," and "Our Awards" all linking to the same page, but no awards are mentioned anywhere on the page.
 
Having date opened in 2010 a little bit misleading to clients considering you were down for about a year and opened back up in late 2012?
Congrats on keeping it going this long though. Don't see much hosts stay up after a year or two anymore.

Thank you for the feedback Cameron. 🙂 I have been meaning to get the about us page spruced up and more content on there. I will definitely get some more information added, so others that don't know us can know a little about how we started and who we are.

As far as the "awards", we have not received any official, nationally recognized awards, therefore I may remove that for now.

Yes, that is correct that we did hit a little bump along the way. We did cease hosting operations back then for a little while so we could work together to work out a plan to continue our services. While we worked on a new website and new servers and pretty much redoing everything, we still had a few clients that kept their accounts with us (mostly the friends that we have made along the way with gaming and such), we still hosted those accounts while we were trying to sort out our problems. While we never changed the name and truly never 100% stopped our operations with every client, we still operated to some extent which is why I say we have been open since 2010. I understand how that can be misleading, but I find it to be a true statement.
I may mention some of this in the about us, as every company ever created has had problems at some point in their upcoming. So to say we have never had problems would be a lie, so I'll be willing to talk a little about that when I add more information to the about us page.

I think we are doing better than ever before. We have managed to have a fully staffed support team since 2016, who manages the support tickets 24/7/365 and we have been testing with live chat here lately.

We have been asked a few times about "US....Host..." but you have servers in Canada?
We moved our servers to Canada after we had a major problem with a dedicated server provider and we found OVH. Recently OVH has expanded to Atlanta, USA; in which I have been eyeballing their servers ever since. Soon as it is needed, we will begin hosting our servers in the Atlanta OVH datacenter. 🙂

As for reviews:
I've always really liked your site because of how professional and functional it is. It is very much a web-hosting website and it works so well. The only gripe I've ever had is that the logo is starting to look a bit dated? I dunno it just never really felt very modern to me. That's not a huge deal though.

Also why does the session time out SO QUICKLY on your billing panel? I'd get booted for 1-2 minute of inactivity and have to log back in. 😛

Otherwise good site, good service. I'm happy I switched. 🙂

This is something we are looking in to. 7.5.2 has a few bugs that we are currently waiting for a patch from WHMCS. Another bug we are running in to is notifications from tickets. (When one is submitted or replied to).

I do agree, I've never been great a graphics. So, I usually create something to get started and then never go back to get something different. 😛 I will add that to our list to get updated. 🙂
