I've been pretty dormant on it for a while as far as the website goes and I figured it was time to get my butt in gear and get it up to date. I've used the Ticket process a couple times and it's fast, so definitely worth the money you pay to keep your clients happy.

Edited to add that the new look is great...a typo at the bottom for one of the Review Us.
