###UPDATE###

USHOST247 has recovered from a massive HDD failure back earlier on in December. After having to completely re-install the server, we have managed to restore 85% of accounts that were on the server.

During the switch from the old server to the newer server, we had a nameserver change. If you did not get the update about the nameservers, they changed to:

NS3.USHOST247.COM
NS4.USHOST247.COM

We have been extremely busy with recovering data from the corrupt backups that were on the server and have been restoring accounts non-stop since the occurrence of the hdd failure.

We have the server in RAID configuration to mirror the HDD to the secondary hdd as before. We now have backups in a different partition of the HDD as well as off-site backups to a personally owned server in a computer shop. We will be purchasing an additional server within the coming months to also make as a backup server in order to prevent this ever happening again.

We sincerely apologize for all those that were affected by this outcome, but like all electronics...you never know when something will fail and you have to be prepared.
