Also guys, let me just say this. If you abuse the live support system, you will be banned from it. If you find a way around it, you will be permanently banned from out hosting system. Let this be a warning as I just banned someone from out live chat that was from here.

If you want a refund, thats fine. But please know it is not my fault about the server firewall. I have sent in a support ticket to my host telling them to get this crap fixed.

I still want a refund due to the complete mucking around your host (the host that hosts you guys) has been doing. First Alpha problems... Now blocking my IP... problems. ;/ I had to use a proxy to access to request a refund. I DO NOT wish to proxy the site for my whole entire life.
