When I first saw the site, I was confused by the layout.
There was not much detail on the site, which can be good or bad, but what really surprised me was the large image in the middle with the logo. Naturally, I would not think that the logo would be in such an odd area of the web space. I saw how the package and articles boxes were fit in, and it was okay, but the letters on the sign up button for the packages were horribly made. I could barely read them. The Navigation Bar, how ever, really impressed me even though it was quite simple. The Footer was extremely out of place. It did not transition well from the black to an odd gray. And, it was quite huge for a footer. The text on it was not centered, or even to the right. It was oddly all the way to the left! I then noticed the welcome paragraph, Why Choose us Block, and Testimonials. The welcome paragraph was short and sweet but was way too broad. The why choose us block was no different then the other 100 hosting sites you see everyday and there was only one testimonial. The Privacy Policy was unusually short and I could have sworn something was being left out. On the other hand, there was no small print, which is always good. The TOS was the usual, nothing special there, and then I went to the forums. They were nice, and made in IPB. It was up to date and a standard web hosting forum. Then there was the packaging and packages themselves. They were nice packages, but I felt as though they were overpriced compared to other hosts. There was no unlimited or free packages which is odd for such a host, and I felt that the package's features were too restrictive. I also noticed the drastic change in colors from the site to the billing portal, which had not copyright footer on it. The affiliate program and support programs were very nice, but on the support programs I tried to talk to someone and have had to wait 30 minutes before getting anyone at times. I also think that the affiliates page should be moved back to the site and not the billing area and the overall style should just be either changed or moved around. My overall standing would be:
