Wasn't Reagan's marginal victory not part of history?

Absolutely. One of the largest margins of electoral votes.MissTake said:Hishikawa13 said:We were talking about margins of victory. 😛MissTake said:Whether you've been around that long or not, it's still history.

So basically the Americans are too lazy to cast their vote but aren't lazy enough to complain about their Government?Kirisute Gomen said:Too many lazy people here in the USA. The people who don't vote tend to be opinion-less on political matters or don't really care enough. There are people who read more about celebrities divorcing each other than politics in any society.fantanoice said:So basically the Americans are too lazy to cast their vote but aren't lazy enough to complain about their Government.Kirisute Gomen said:Too many lazy people here in the USA. No. The Americans are too lazy to learn enough about politics to cast a vote, but they aren't too lazy to find out what Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, and Slutty McHoe are doing. I hate the USA.fantanoice said:So basically the Americans are too lazy to cast their vote but aren't lazy enough to complain about their Government?Kirisute Gomen said:Too many lazy people here in the USA. What a coincidence, because I love the USA. Ignoring the last 2 years, America is a free country where those people can watch Entertainment Tonight and read The Enquirer as much as they ***** well please. Forgetting the last 2 years, we have reasonable freedom of speech, a free market, and the highest standard of living in the world. I agree that people should vote, but why you hate america as a country because of this is beyond me.Snobothehobo said:No. The Americans are too lazy to learn enough about politics to cast a vote, but they aren't too lazy to find out what Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, and Slutty McHoe are doing. Bo country has 100% free speech, but back in bush's day there was a **** of a lot more free speech than now. If you even criticize Obama then you will be yelled at and pressured like mad. Obama is an un-insult able president. If you disagree with his policies then you are a racist who should be imprisoned for hate crimes, according to the liberals.Snobothehobo said:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PATRIOT_ActIgnoring the last 2 years, America is a free country...

Ever tried doing it to a congressman's face or on TV? Also those tea-partyists be called racists all the time, but no one has any evidence of them crying out those racial slurs.Snobothehobo said:I'm a radical liberal, and I criticize Obama all the time. :shrug:Cosmic said:Bo country has 100% free speech, but back in bush's day there was a **** of a lot more free speech than now.
