Pros:

The forum colors are appealing to the eyes. The banner is alright, the construction guy gets the point across. Most of the images match the forum, which helps attract potential members. I noticed you're the only staff member, which is a good thing. If anything, maybe hire 1 Moderator when activity boots up, but otherwise, 1 staff member is perfect.


Cons:

There are a few areas of your forum that have no posts in them. I understand the forum is new, but it's more appealing that all sections of the forum have posts. Even if it's just a sticky thread. I'm not a fan of the 'moderator:' showing on every single section. I can understand having your name listed in the mod area for announcements, but in my opinion, with only one staff member, that looks unappealing.

Final/General Thoughts: The forum definitely has some potential, just needs a few minor 'push ups'.
