Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your site has a great banner, and the theme itself looks good. However, it has a default look. You may wish to make the theme more your own by adding custom icons (perhaps war-related ones like guns and other weapons). This would help your forum stand out to new visitors. One other thing I noticed is that you've got a background image on the first post of each thread. The image makes the text hard to read in spots. I would recommend removing it or changing the image. I suppose you could also change the text color, but I wouldn't recommend that option.
Your forum has a good amount of posts and members, but you have two empty forums. I realize that one is empty because no members have purchased a personal forum yet, but I think it would look better with at least one post. Make a rule thread. That will look better than a completely empty forum. The other empty forum is a link forum; I don't think you need that forum at all, but that's a story for another section of this review. Your forum has several users who accessed in the past thirty minutes, though; that makes your forum look pretty active.
Overall, my first impression of your site wasn't bad, but it could have been better.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Considering the fact that your forum is an RP forum, there is only so much condensing you can do to the index. However, I do have some suggestions to save you room. I dislike your categories that only have one or two forums. I think that "Admin Shops" should be moved to your RP category, and I would recommend changing the name to something more RP-themed. People use that forum to buy weapons and troops, so that technically makes it part of your game in my opinion. After that, platinum deals could be moved to "Important" since it is a forum that's run by the administration. The "Advertising" forum should be made a sub-forum under another forum since it's not really relevant to your forum necessarily; perhaps you could put it under "Off-Topic." These changes would make your index a bit shorter and more organized, and shorter indexes are easier to navigate.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your forum is currently receiving around fifteen to twenty posts per day, and you've got seventy-seven posts for each of your 131 members. These statistics could use some improvement. I would definitely recommend increasing your advertisement. The problem with advertising role playing forums is that the vast majority of people who enjoy role playing choose big forums that have already been large for years. If you can find some other roleplaying forums that are similar to yours that allow advertisement, you may be able to attract some interested role players looking for something new. Using Forum Promotion as a resource may help. You can find many tips for promoting and search engine optimization on FP, and you can also request our services for advertisement. Being active on other role playing forums could help. You could make friends who are interested in RP, and they might be inclined to check out your forum.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Your forum currently employs four staff members. This number is more than enough for your forum, and you should definitely not hire any more staff members until there is a clear need. Your staff members seem to be relatively active on your forum, and they appear to do a good job of welcoming members to your forum. Your staff members, however, do not always appear to act professional on your forum; they also do not appear to use proper grammar in their posts. That may be acceptable for some types of forums, but on an RP forum, you generally want to be more mature. Some members interested in RP may be put off by this behavior. I can understand having some fun in the off-topic forums, but your staff members engage in this behavior even in forums that should be more serious like the suggestion forum, and they don't use proper grammar in official threads. Again, this isn't a personal preference; it's something that may put off prospective members.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your forum is lacking specific and detailed descriptions. Your descriptions are very short, and they're boring. You want your descriptions to sell your forum, so it would be a good idea to rewrite yours. Make them longer and more detailed. After all, descriptions are supposed to describe your forums, and they're supposed to do it well. Instead of "Companies and stuff" for the description of "Global Economy," you may want to detail exactly what each player would be negotiating there. The same goes for "Negotiate peaceful things." What kinds of peaceful things? Peace treaties? Your descriptions right now don't really describe, and they don't sell your forum.

Final Remarks: I think that you've got a good start, but you still need to put some more work into your forum.
Strong Points: Your forum has a good banner and a pretty nice theme.
Improvements to Make: You direly need to improve your activity and your descriptions.
