I'm going to wing it this year with a stuffed animal, flowers, and a date. 😀

We usually don't celebrate it, but I do tend to buy my husband a small bag of chocolate kisses since he loves those. Sometimes he asks if I want to go out to eat, but I hate those crowds, so I usually suggest a day when no one else goes out and we'll do lunch, which is also never crowded.

I have never celebrated Valentine's Day, it feels like a corporate event more than a genuine appreciation for companionship, love and romance.

I was told I have the day off this year (schedule for that week was just made), to which I said I didn't really care either way because I don't celebrate lol. I'll just be partaking in my usual Wednesday activities, and I'll partake in all of the discount chocolate that wasn't purchased the day after, when it's super cheap. I think this is the first time I'll have it off though in the time I've been working at my store, so it'll be nice not to have to deal with that craziness.

But really, I've never had reason to celebrate it, and I doubt I'll find reason to in the next 12 days lol.

The best thing about Valentine's' Day is the day after when all the chocolate is half price.

Everyday should be Valentine's Day. No specific day should be treated any better as you're with your partner for life (Most of the time).

Which is why I never spend a whole lot. I'll do some small things, but nothing major.
