I own many domains, too many... over 100 domains and at one point over 150.
I will say that i regret holding on to so many and have decided to cut my losses on some. I have plenty of dictionary domains, two word domains, etc.
Here are some tips that I can share based on my experience of selling domains throughout the years:
I've gone with a few diff strategies and all can be successful. However, you should pick your strat based on how long you can wait.
1. Selling domains at est. price or higher can be good, but you may find yourself selling 1-2 domains to offset the costs of the others.
2. Selling domains at a low price is better to get rid of more, especially if you are concerned about renewal prices.
3. Offering lease to own can be good for high price domains but can come across as cheap or a distraction for lower priced domains.
4. Always offer a buyout price.
5. Try to sell domains (if worth it) at the brokers' min price to get involved. For example a platform might assign a sales agent if the domain has a bid at $500+ but not $200+. Having a sales agent automatically jump in with min price & buyout price preset by you is helpful for when you get a bid and you don't respond immediately.

People prefer it if it has a brand presence, functioning website, etc. Even if its simple.
Most buyers, especially resellers want one word domains on .com
.net and .org are cool but not as easy to sell as in the past
Some newer TLDs like .ai can be good, but there are still too many dictionary domains available to just snipe up the first one you find
Don't make your minimum bid too high. It's good to get someone in the door & negotiate
