Vb rep system

Now I know that there is a built in rep system however I want one like the one here where when you click the postive button you get positive rep and when you click the negative button you get negative rep. Is this possible on vb and if so how would I go about doing it?

It's not possible without completely re-writing the rep system. I modified mine, but it's not one click for minus and one for plus.
