I use it on p8i.com, and yes, I have seen improvements in my listings. I have used it on two forums so far, and on both forums, I have had better results with it than without it.

vBSEO is great for vBulletin users. Most of the more experienced guys have always been behind it and such.

One reason I picked IPB over vB was that IPB includes search engine friendly URLs by default.
