Want to get rid of my vB publishing suite license. Its the $285 license which includes the CMS/BLOG/and Forums all in one.

Im selling it for $200 Paypal.

Bought it FRESH a month ago directly from vB. Only used on one website. I will give you the account log in information and then you can simply change the website its used on and change the password. Since my license is not 90 days or older this is the only way to do it and it works perfectly.

I will send a proof screenshot to anyone who is HONESTLY serious about buying it. Dont waste my time please, serious inquires only

Careful note to potential buyers: License cannot be transferred to you. Despite what tech4talk says, a vB license has to be 3 months or older in order to be transferred to you, and there is always a risk when buying a vB license without the correct transfer process.

If you are the original licensee of the Software, you may make a one-time, permanent transfer of your license rights in the Software to a third party ("Subsequent Licensee") provided that five (5) conditions are met. The conditions are: (a) you are the original licensee, (b) the Software was purchased by you more than 90 days prior to the transfer, (c) you do not keep a copy of the Software for yourself, (d) the Subsequent Licensee agrees to the terms of this Agreement and the License, and (e) the Subsequent Licensee agrees to assume your license rights in the Software, excluding this transfer right.

I was under the impression I would just give you the log in information until someone on my thread on DP informed me it could be transfered "once." Seeing as how its not every day I buy and transfer a $285 piece of software I was not aware of any "transfer" rules. Again as stated I believed I would simply give you the login information. (look at the thread below where I was told, on DP a much more reputable forum where I have 100% positive feedback in sales, and 2 years on the forum)

Read for yourself. Nathan please contact me via PM next time instead of pointing me out to be some scam artist. Thanks

This is still for sale by the way, I will just give you the account login information and you can change things that way.

Actually you just edited this thread, as before you read my post, it clearly stated you'd transfer the account. You should know of the transfer rules as you have agreed to them upon buying your product. Also im not going to PM you, users of FP deserve to know what their buying before they buy it (also I wouldn't waste my valuable time I have to PM you when I can easily post it.) I wasn't implying that you are a scam artist, I was merely stating the fact that user's should be careful when dealing with you if you don't even know it can't be transferred and it's not safe to buy a vB license unless it is transferred, of course if you have a problem with having a warning in your post you must be hiding something?

Also this is FP not DP, I am a highly trusted DP member also, but I do not use it to "boast" about how trusted I should be on FP due to DP as it is an unrelated forum and has nothing to do with any transactions made here.

Yes I did just edit my post..good job you can put things together. I edited it because im being honest and did not know about the 90 day before transfer. You quoting my OP in your post is pathetic. I edited my post and put that in because your correct, I cant transfer it. Why keep that in my op? Going to show you if you simply pm'd me I would include that information, and going to show I have nothing to hide. Users should know what they are buying, so they can simply google "vBullentin", its a forum software.

The proving im a trusted member on DP has lots to do with this post. Since your pointing me out to be a scam artist im proving I am NOT.

Yes you pointed out something I didnt know in a rude manner, and I corrected it and addressed it. Thank you for pointing that out, but I believe you could have done it more properly.

Still for sale.

Seems to me as you were trying to say you had already said you already had the account information up there rather than the account transfer.

No where did in any of my posts did I say you are or were a scam artist, I was only stating that users should be careful as your selling a product on the terms that it can be transferred when it can't, which you should know as you agreed to the terms when your brought your product.

I was also not rude at all, again just stating the simple facts but of course if you have something to hide, that's your problem. I did it as best as I could, informing both you and any potential buyers on the forum, therefore I did it properly.

As I said DP is not FP, therefore your trust on DP has no relation to FP and is pointless in regards to this post on this forum.

Good luck with your sale.
