I am the original owner and it has never been transferred before.

I also know Vbulletin's License Agreement

This would mean that we cannot sell the forum with its license?

That would be correct if you or I or anyone buys it from him vbulletin does not allow for it to be transferred again...............So they say So basically if I bought it I would not be able to resell it down the road. I am interested in the license that's for sure and will get back to you if you have not sold it within the next few days
