Vbulletin Impex Question

I am installing vbulletin and testing it I am having an issue with impex I got the following error


Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '{' in /home/impex/ImpExConfig.php on line 1

What could the issue be and how can i fix it?

Can we see the file in question please? You can remove anything you don't want us to see such as passwords/usernames etc.
