How does it not expire?

It means you can use VB4.X for as long as you like, you only have to renew when VB 5.X comes out if you want it, you can read more here:

Just to let everyone know this is still up for sale.I hope tht someone can make use of this as you have a choice between vb 3 or vb 4 and you never have to pay again unless you want to update.Come and make an offer and save yourself some money of the rrp
