Number Of Members: It seems you have been open for more than 2 weeks, and you got 11 members. I think your forum can do much better, because of the potential your forum has. You can try to advertise in more places in order to get more members. This should help your forum get more active and improve the future of it. 4/10
Number Of Active Members: You have a whole lot of bots on your forum, which doesn't make it look attractive. You should probably only need around 2-3 bots, and the important bots. Also, you have 6 members on everyday It seems, which is okay for the size of your forum. Try to update your content more often, and also update the amount of posts per day. 7/10
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): For the amount of time your forum has been open, I could expected more from your forum. I probably should have seen at least 1000 posts by the 2 week mark. Try posting more often on your forum to make it look more active.5/10
Appearance (First Impressions): By my first impressions, the skin i thought it was too bright, but my eyes soon get used to it. The logo looks quite plain and I think you should use a different font because of the name of the forum. The forum icons look really nice and match pretty well with it. The menu bar at the top of the page looks beautiful. 14/20
Layout: Well, the layout of the forum is pretty good, seemingly well organized. The recent topics at the bottom of the page doesn't work for me. I wouldn't want to put it there, but i recommend that your remove it. The menu bar is really organized in my point of view. But I'm not a fan of the text ads on most of the words, suggesting that you remove them. Also, the forum called Forum How-To should go to the On-Topic section instead of Check-In, so you should move that. 16/20
Moderation:I think that your moderation of the forum is fine according to the number of members. I think that you shouldn't hire anymore staff until you hit around 50 members. But you can probably get your staff to post more often in order to have an even more active forum. 8/10
Activity: I think the activity in your forum is okay, out of 11 members, there has been 6 members on today. But, you should try to keep those active members by thinking up some contests to boost activity. Contests like posting contests will keep members here and when its done, the would be asking for more. 6/10
Spelling and Grammar I can see that the spelling and grammar on your forum is really good, I can find no error in your forums' descriptions. Good job, and if you keep the good grammar and spelling, you will be able to attract more visitors and some aspiring new members. 9/10

I want to correct you. You kept saying the forum was open for more than 2 weeks. I want to tell you that it has only been open for 8 days (look when cooldude101 joined, he was my first member and he joined the first day I opened) We received 443 posts and 115 topics in just 8 days. I think that is very good, seeing as some forums don't get that many in months!
As for your comments about bots, those are uncontrollable, I can't tell them when and when not to come to my forum, they come on their own. Not my fault. Besides, if they are crawling my site that is good, I will show up in their search index. I'm confused about your dislike of bots.
As for you comment on 1000 posts by 2 week mark. Again we have only been open 8 days. I've done the math. The administrators of FP joined in April of 2007, that was approximately 68 weeks ago. and FP has 60595 posts. That averages out to be about 891 posts per week. I've got about half of that. I don't think I'm doing bad. Again with the fact that some forums don't even get 400 posts in a number of months.

The text ads, well, they are just and experiment, if I earn from them I will keep them, if people complain about them, I will remove them, but keep in mind, we offer a premium membership which removes those ads.
Forum How-To section. I don't understand. Only Admin's and Moderators can post new topics there. It is to teach people how to use the special features of the forum. Why should it not be in the Check-In area? When you check in somewhere aren't you trying to learn about it? That sentence just doesn't make sense.
Moderator posts, my first moderator had made 54 out of the 400 some total posts. I think that is sufficient for only being open for 8 days. My second moderator has made 125 posts out of the 400 some total posts on the forum. That's more than a quarter. What are you talking about when you say the moderators don't post enough?
As for activity, all of my 11 members (I remind you I've been open for 8 days) have made more that 5 posts, except the one who has just joined today has only made 1 post, but that's acceptable since they just joined today. The member's keep returning. That is not bad, but you give a tone that it is. I don't get it.
Thanks for your fine comments on spelling and grammar, I spend a lot of time on that, I prefer to look professional and appealing to they eyes.
Overall, you don't give any explanation as to why you give the bad remarks, you just give one sentence for you overall remark that I need to improve my member count. Again, 8 days.

For the record, I'm not trying to single you out and put you down but you age does reflect in your review. I'm just trying to give you some constructive criticism. Do you take into account the forums that only get 1 or 2 posts per day and only get 1 or 2 new members per month. Or do you only compare to the forums that are run by corporations that have millions of dollars to spend in advertising budgets so they have little to no work at all to gain members. Just remember that a lot of hard work is put into these personal sites by just one person (myself) and an outcome likes I've had myself at Verbalize Me is a good one indeed. Have you made forums yourself and experienced the lack of activity? It takes a lot of work to get over 400 posts in just 8 days.

The review is good. It just seemed the review had no really substance to it. It was very generic. What does he/she have to back it up. What is my forum being compared to. I just don't get it. If it's his/her own opinion that is not truly a review.

I'll just say that, i am comparing to most average forums, and it seems to be 2 weeks based on the oldest post I find there, so if there is any misunderstanding about why i have chose this, please just let me know, and really, it doesn't matter about the oldest member, but the oldest post as i would say.

Yes, that post is 2 weeks old. I just want you to know that I spent 11 days setting up the site and getting it ready for public. The public did not start joining until July 20th. Just look at cooldude101's join date and just to further clarify, look at one of my first posts at FP viewtopic.php?f=3&t=8601
