It'd be much appreciated if a few of you could give me some critique and suggestions on one of my sites, http://verleta.net otherwise known as "Verleta" or "Verleta Gaming." I realize that there isn't much content but I am really working on it. We have recently renovated our site so it looks and runs so much better than it used to.
The only thing I ask is that you be completely honest.
The homepage that opened up looked a little bit confusing but then I found where I needed to go haha.
The forum itself looks pretty nice. It's a basic dark theme which looks nice and clear and contrasts nicely on the eyes. I think the section you should focus some change on is the "Older Consoles" section. It seems you have eight different forums with only one topic in each. Maybe try condensing this section to just one forum called "Retro Gaming." Then you could set a description to something like, "This forum is dedicated to the discussion to the old systems we loved and grew up with. From N64 to the Sega Genesis, come chat about your favorite classics now!" Or something of that nature.
