Customer Support: Excellent. UK based freephone phone line between 9am & midnight & a ticket system that I've always received very prompt responses with - within 10 minutes for technical stuff & within the hour for billing and other queries.
Pros: Cheap prices (incl. free hosting for charities), good choice of hosting packages, excellent customer services & reliability.

Final Comments: I was recommended Vidahost by a friend and now use them for all my hosting needs. Their prices are a genuine bargain even without their quality & professional service. On the rare occasions there are major issues they send out newsletters to all their customers, even those not personally affected, with detailed information in plain english.
