Thanks also if I set up a site with image/video hosting would it cost me more on hosting?

Well you know that if you want to start a video/image hosting site, those take up A LOT (I mean a lot) of resources and space and such. YouTube uses hundreds of servers and many forums only use a part of a server so that tells you much a image/video hosting site would take.

I know a script that only has video hosting. Its open source. It'll be pretty difficult to find one that has both.
